The registry is published ahead of the results. A model listed as queued with no card is more honest, and more useful to anyone choosing a model, than a leaderboard that quietly omits whatever nobody got round to running.
Almost every biological foundation model ships with open weights, so nothing here depends on a lab granting access. Status reflects engineering effort, not permission.
